Tai Chi involves gentle movement perfect for all fitness levels, and has many health benefits.
Each session starts with Tai Chi Yang Sheng Qigong, followed by Tai Chi learning.
Tai Chi Yang Sheng Qigong (太极养生氣功) was created to improve health, wellbeing and to promote longevity. Practicing will make you feel and function better. It follows the principles of the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine by balancing yin and yang. The exercises are graceful, easy to learn, and suitable for people of all ages.
Classes held in our Onehunga venue have access to our professional wushu carpet and other facilities.
More advanced training is available for those who want to participate in competitions.

Monday: 10:00am - 11:30am
Wednesday: 10:00am - 11:30am
Thursday: 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Friday: 10:00am - 11:30am
Saturday: 11:00am - 12pm
Development Squad Classes:
Tuesday: 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Thursday: 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Saturday: 2:30pm - 4:30pm

Cost: $10 cash per class
